Journeyman brick and stone mason for 9 years. Owned and operated a pinstriping and sign shop for 20 years. Built 4 personal residences throughout the years. Closing in on my 7th year in real estate. Currently have the e-PRO and GRI designations, and have taken 2 of the 4 CCIM commercial real estate classes, and as of 04/07 & 04/08/2009 taking the CDPE (certified distressed property expert) class.
From my brick mason days I have a passion for old brick buildings including the old brick warehouses that are getting converted and restored. From my pinstriping and sign shop days, a love of specialty cars, trucks, boats and the people that appreciate all that goes into them.

 All of this has given me the knowledge and tools necessary to understand real estate from the ground up and through the finishing touches that make it a home. To have an eye for detail and an ear for deciphering peoples needs and desires.
